We have allocated a named accountable GP for all patients registered at the surgery in accordance with NHS General Medical Services guidance.
The ‘Named Accountable GP’ has the lead responsibility for ensuring the coordination of your care.
This does not mean that you will only be able to see that particular doctor when attending the surgery, you are still free to see any doctor of your choice.
If you would like to know which doctor you have been allocated to please speak to reception or doctor/nurse at your next visit to the practice or if you are calling us for another purpose. Please do not make a special journey, or call the surgery just for this. If you would like to change your ‘named accountable GP’ we shall do all we can to accommodate this.
