Telephone Advice

We offer a telephone triage service every day Monday to Friday, whereby, if you need to be seen that day or need advice by the doctor / nurse they will call you back and consult with you over the telephone. If it is found that your problem is urgent and you need to be seen, you will be offered an appointment on that day or given a mutually agreed appointment time.
